Extraordinary Gentlemen Club
The Extraordinary Gentlemen Club is a transformative in-school and after-school program developed by Model the Way, Inc. to empower young men through mentorship, character and leadership development. Designed for youth ages 9 to 18, this program creates a safe, supportive environment where participants can grow personally, socially, and academically.
Meeting students where they are right in their schools and communities; The Extraordinary Gentlemen Club provides meaningful opportunities for boys and young men to develop self-confidence, build strong relationships, and explore their potential as leaders. Whether through weekly in-school mentoring sessions or immersive after-school enrichment activities, participants are encouraged to rise above challenges, embrace excellence, and become positive role models in their schools and neighborhoods.
Rooted in the values of brotherhood, service, and personal accountability, this program not only addresses achievement gaps but also cultivates pride, purpose, and a vision for a brighter future. Together, we're shaping a generation of extraordinary young gentlemen one relationship, one lesson, and one breakthrough at a time.

Model the Way proudly introduces AMP'D, our vibrant new after-school youth program designed to ignite imagination, build confidence, and nurture leadership through the powerful outlets of Art, Music, Poetry, and Dance.
At AMP'D, we believe that every young person has a creative spark and our mission is to help them discover, develop, and amplify it. Whether they’re picking up a paintbrush, composing lyrics, expressing themselves through movement, or finding their voice in poetry, students in AMP'D are equipped with the tools to grow both artistically and personally.
